Young Academy Finland aims to strengthen the role of science in society and take part in science-related conversations with an emphasis on young scholars’ perspectives. We offer feedback on legislative drafts, publish position papers and reports, and organize election panels. Additionally, Young Academy Finland supports its members’ ability to make societal impact by organizing training. Previous larger projects have included Solutions for climate change by young scholars (2022) and Young scholars as mediators of evidence-based knowledge (2020).
