Henrikki Tenkanen

Henrikki is a geographer and geodata scientist currently working at University College London, UK. His research interests include studying and developing methodologies to understand human mobility and accessibility in urban regions, and using big data to understand the human-environment interactions. He is also a co-founder of a Finnish company called Mapple Analytics Oy, which focuses on providing tools and location insights for real estate industry and cities that can help in decision-making and planning. Henrikki is also active in promoting open education and teaching programming for geographers via two openly available courses: Geo-Python and Automating GIS processes. Henrikki joined the YAF in 2019 and is one of the boad members.
